The English press
A recent article in "The Sun" claimed that the EU were going to ban bagpipes under new noise legislation. Now, while I can entirely agree with such a step, to make this claim without even doing a basic check beggars belief! If they are like this with an easily sourced and checked item, how bad must they be with gossip?
